Superb Sound

Radio recording and post production. Radio was my first love and I still love working on all radio, be that comedy, music, live, documentaries, dramas or podcasts. As well as working in stereo I am highly experienced in working in Binaural recording and post production.

TV Post Production

With over 20 years experience in TV post production no project is to big or small for us. I am  a very experienced Dubbing Mixer (5.1 and stereo) with many credits and also Supervising Sound Editor, an expert Dialog Editor, Sound Designer  and Music Supervisor.

Location Recording

From simple recordings to more compex carry ins, and music recording, we can cover all your needs. If required I can put a team together for anything from comedy to music (classical or pop)

Consultancy & Training

  I am an

Associate Tutor in the Department of Music & Media (Tonmeister Course)

I can also offer advice or bespoke training in any area of sound recording and interview technique

His Lectures were very clear and I learned so much about Pro Tools

Student: University of Herts

I run Pro Tools 2019 in my 5.1 studio with PMC monitors with a large collection of plug ins, including Waves suite, Izotope RX7 Advanced, Vocalign and Ediload. Pro Tools is controlled by Avid Dock and Artist mix, which creates a smooth and efficient workflow. I/O is managed by a Scarlet 18i20

Mobile Studio

I have a mobile set up that I have used to edit in offices and on location for TV or radio. It consists of a MacBook Pro, Scarlet 2i2, Genelec Monitors extra video monitor, and a full suite of plug ins and can even be transported on the tube!

Location Recording

I can do location recording using Zoom F8 (digital multitrack)  and a wide variety of mics (including radio mics) for small scale jobs. For Larger/theatre/club jobs I have a 32 channel Digital mixer (X32) with a 50 meter remote stage box. I have a couple of MacBook pros to manage multi track recordings and playing in clips and music/fx, as well as PPM's and foldback monitors
